Responsible Plank Rating

Based on the principles of Green Building LEED® NC ITALIA 2009, the Cadorin Responsible Plank Rating certifies parquet flooring that best meets specific sustainability requirements.
The client can therefore identify and choose which wood is most environmentally sustainable based on the distance it travels to reach the production site; the choice of wood from FSC Chain of Custody sources; the Natur selection, where wood waste is avoided during processing; or reclaimed wood from the Antique Planks collection; as well as the choice of larch wood in the FIR layered structure of the plank. Finally, the choice of a natural oil finish also meets the requirement for greater sustainability.
The Responsible Plank Rating is issued when the Star rating reaches a minimum of 2 and up to a maximum of 5.
RANKING OF THE MOST ECO-FRIENDLY WOODS
For each parquet order that meets the Star requirements, the Cadorin Responsible Plank Rating will be delivered together with the purchase.
Minimum 2 and up to a maximum of 5 — the more Stars the parquet receives, the sustainable it is!
