Cadorin: a story of family and craftsmanship

Giosuè, the grandfather—or great-grandfather—founded the family woodworking workshop, initially producing barrels and carts before later establishing a log sawmill.

At the age of seventeen, Delfino starts his own business, introducing the production of furniture, window and door frames, wooden planks, doors, and accessories.

Delfino expands the workshop to 1,300 m², within a total production area of 3,500 m².

Delfino develops the first three-layer plank made from crossed solid wood, which becomes a benchmark in the parquet sector thanks to its outstanding technical performance. The company consequently specialises in the production of wood flooring.

Claudio joins the company at the age of seventeen, working alongside his father.

The business expands to Possagno with a new 8,000 m² production facility, directly overseen by Claudio, who guides the company through this phase of growth.

Rita joins the company and, together with her father and brother, helps establish Cadorin as a benchmark for excellence and quality in the parquet sector, leading the research and development of high-end aesthetic and product design solutions.

The Cadorin brand is internationally recognised and valued for the outstanding performance of its products and the aesthetic creativity expressed through the collections presented each year.

The company expands further to its current 15,000 m², combining traditional craftsmanship with a modern entrepreneurial vision.

Giacomo, Claudio’s son, represents the fourth generation of the family, bringing new energy and expertise to the family tradition.

Chiara, Claudio’s daughter, also joins the company, strengthening the connection between the family’s roots and innovation.
