From concept to material: Cadorin meets UNIGE naval designers

Welcoming the professionals of tomorrow means opening the doors not only to a production space, but to a true laboratory of ideas. It is with this spirit that Cadorin hosted the students of the Naval and Nautical Design course at the University of Genoa, offering them a hands-on experience at the heart of the production process.

During the visit, design took on a tangible form: from the scent of freshly worked wood to the sounds of carpentry, every stage told the story of the ongoing dialogue between concept and material. Future designers were able to observe up close how an idea is translated into surface, structure, and detail, passing through processes that require both technical precision and aesthetic sensitivity.
